Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment. When cancelling suddenly, this leaves a large gap in the schedule and at least 24 hour notice is needed. If you no call, no show, the full fee the booked appointment scheduled will 100% be drawn from your card, or an invoice sent to you that must be paid within 30 days.
